Virtual Presentations/Conference Attendance

Not being able to get to BibleTech has me thinking that I can do more to the presentation (slide deck) in order to at least give a better hint towards attending and interacting.

If you were attending a conference virtually – as a presenter – what would your setup look like?

  • What would I want from a presenter if I were participating in a session virtually? Great question.

    1. I want to be able to see the presenter so some of the non-verbal element of presenting is conveyed.
    2. I want to be able to see whatever the presenter is sharing with the group.
    3. I want either real-time chat or a twitter stream displayed so I can interact.
